You will not find a more knowledgeable realtor for the Prescott area. Jason is a native to the area. From my experience with Team Maneely and experience that others we know have had with them, I would highly recommend them for both buyers and sellers of real estate in the Prescott area.

Certain caveats in Prescott make it extremely helpful to have someone with a lot of local knowledge. They are very professional in both their pricing recommendations and as well as their counter-offer proposals. We will use them again if we ever relocate and recommend them to any of our friends in the same position.

We had complete confidence in his abilities, as he proved early on that his knowledge of the greater Prescott area is extensive. We are from California and knew very little about the region. In fact we would not have ever discovered the Forest Trails community if not for Jason, and now we consider ourselves extremely fortunate to own a home there. Buying a home in 2015 is a lot more grueling than it was during our last purchase in 1995, but Jason made the process as painless as possible and my wife and I cannot thank him enough. Jason is very personable while approaching every aspect of representation extremely professional, and that's a great combination. We could not have chosen better representation, and since we were in California through most of the escrow period, Jason's expertise and attention to details was vital.
